About the Project

The Indian Sustainability Society (ISS) hopes to direct its efforts in addressing current challenges pertaining to sustainability in India; in a way that combines originality and innovation with impact. In doing so, the project aims to distribute sustainable kits that contain essential items and use eco-friendly packaging to children from vulnerable groups in an effort to instill an early appreciation for preservation within them. To add to achieving the same, ISS also looks forward to creating interactive and youth-centric educational resources on topics like water conservation and recycling. 

Beyond these, the project also aspires to further its impact through engaging workshops, fundraising initiatives and sustainability-focused corporate collaborations. By thus tackling pressing issues in a way that is direct and holistic, ISS aims to create a ripple effect of environmental consciousness that drives collective effort towards a tomorrow which benefits all.
